TF Industries, stylized as TF industries., is a mysterious company based in Washington, USA[1] that is "devoted to the highest level of craftsmanship and personal security". Headed by the Administrator, they specialize in the very latest in military technology, selling all manner of deadly, cutting-edge devices to prospective buyers. They also run the popular 'Buildables' line of engineering products.

Like many of its divisions, the TF Industries are using their position as a weapon manufacturer and supplier as a smoke screen to pursue their own motives undercover. Its CEO has been actively influencing the Gravel Wars in wich RED and BLU (both direct divisions of the TF Industries) from the shadows with the goal of prolonging an eternal stalemate. As seen in the comics the TF Industries directly manage and order the teams of mercenaries hired during the events of the Gravel wars and Robot Wars. Employees such as Miss Pauling are tasked to supervise them, handing over contracts and supplying them with various weapons, covering their crimes by getting rid of evidence[2] or using blackmail and murder in order to keep them in line as seen in Meet the Director where pictures of their private lives were sent over to them as a warning to dissuade any acts of treason.

The TF Industries are also not responsible for any injuries attained while operating their products.

Trivia

  • "TF" is an initialism for "Team Fortress".
  • TF Industries is located in the same US state where the Valve headquarters are located.
  • Employees directly working for the TF Industries are given a fairly limited vacation time per year. Miss Pauling only has one day off a year, while the Administrator herself only allows herself one hour off.
